Q: Cheque bounce charges against me.
I have taken two wheeler loan in 2014,and not repaid it.2days back police with arrest warrant and said you have come to court on 27th..court has summoned me 2 or 3times before this..but I didn't went to court..so what should I have to do..can I get bail still or will I get arrest.

As the primary evidence is my phone, do I have to submit it myself, or court will ask it after I submit the recording, chats in CD?
