This dispute happened due to property issue between two brothers.one shot fire on another one but he didn't die.so the case file against him ipc 307 his session court bail has been rejected.so he is going to file application in up high court.so my question is that will he get bail or not from high court.

As you told in your problem that in the dispute of two brothers, one brother got shot and a case of section 307 IPC has been registered against him and the bail of that person has been canceled by the sessions court and now your High Court Allahabad is preparing for bail. your sister will be from allahabad under section 307 if you need advocate from allahabad then i will help my elder brother

Crime committed under section 307 IPC is a serious one, so without perusal of FIR and gojng through the role and circumstances of the accused person it can't be said that on will get bail from HC or not. it depends upon circumstances of the case.
