Questions Answered by Advocate Alok Dubey
Q: How to file a case against teacher in case of physical violence by teacher ?
What action can a student take if a teacher has beaten that student, can a student file a complaint against a teacher ?
Advocate Alok Dubey answered
I think, if a teacher punishes a student for his or her welfare it's not an offense but when it turns under the category of cruelty and physical exploitation definitely it's an criminal offence. So you please judge the matter exam and then go ahead. If it appears that the act is a type of inhuman cruelty then you may file a criminal complaint against him in the police station concerned.
