There is a case where two people were in consensual relationship, but marriage couldn't happen due to a fight. nnNow the girl has filed FIR today where she wrote that from July to December she was in relationship where the guy did unnatural in July then rape in August then again unnatural in september then again rape in october like that every month. interesting thing is that the girl is travelling from Jaipur to Delhi to meet the guy. Plus one more interesting thing is that she is a MD doctorShe got it entirely fabricated by someone and filed a FIRShe also says false promise to marry now i dont understand one thing. If that guy is so bad why she wants to marry him :) Only so that most of the sections are added she included these things in FIR. One more important thing in all of this section 506 is not attracted.

you. should approach high court to quash the FIR. The girl had sad that rhe boy raped her kn false promise of marriage. There can b no medical evidence to prove the rape. Sec 506 lies only in CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION to harm the person or his reputation.

Hello, in the given scenario, it's important to go through the F.I.R to know more precisely that what she had plotted against the boy, generally in this situation when F.I.R under IPC 376 is lodged, the whole burden of proof lies on the boy. For that it's important to me for a more thorough discussion with you .So, feel free to contact me

Hello if FIR is already filed by the girl. presuming here to be a false and fabricated complaint you can go for anticipatory bail in the court. Thereafter if there is strong evidence to prove your innocence you can go for quashing of FIR in High Court.
