SHE WROTE A LETTER TO MY HUSBAND ACCUSING ME OF AN AFFAIR

I reside in Sultanpur, UP. I own a startup. One lady from Delhi took my company's name in her divorce matter without seeking clarification of her husband's position in my company. She just filed a media report that is false -impacting my company's due diligence.
She then wrote a letter to my husband stating that I am having an affair with her separated husband against whom she had filed the said divorce case. This has caused huge damage to my reputation in my joint family and relatives.

Hello ma'am u must take a legal action on that lady who damage ur reputation in company, relatives or family. First send her a notice of defamation and after that notice file a case of defamation on that lady for the compunsation of ur insult. It's ur choice how much money u wants against ur insult from that lady in this case.
