As you have written in your problem that you were physically abused by your father and established wrong relations and you also did not get support from your mother who would have taken strict action against them but on the contrary your mother's brother has tortured you. And made you emotional, now you are against your fatherIf you want to take action, you will have to collect some evidence as a witness and show it to the court, only then any action can be taken against your father.
