Where can I go by challanging the SDM COURT order? About my Land grabbing issue, I lodged 144(2) pet

Where can I go by challanging the SDM COURT order? About my Land grabbing issue, I lodged 144(2) petition at SDM COURT. Then Local police send report to court, then SDM ordered to BLLRO /SDLRO to submit a report regarding Land record. I submitted the Court order copy to SDLRO/BLLRO. But BLLRO/SDLRO didn't submited any report at SDM COURT. For non submission of BLLRO/SDLRO report, SDM COURT further extended the next hearing date & didn't give any restraint order. Police didn't stop the illegal land grab work without restraint order. I am suffering in this moment. How to get restraint order immediately by challanging the last SDM COURT order ? Police report already said that, my allegations were correct & the Land has record in my father's name.

You have to file a suit to the higher court for interim protection. As I have not seen the recent order against you it cannot be said here that which ciurt you should prefer for relief. For more details feel free to contact me via Lawrato.

What is the time limit for Supreme Court appeal?

The time limit for filing a petition against a High Court judgement is 90 days after the date the judgment/order was issued. If you are submitting a petition against an order by the High Court that refused to grant revocation of the certificate of appealability, then the time frame is 60 days following the date the order was made.

I think there are two mutually exclusive option before you to explore. first you can challange the order extending date of the SDM before the district judge through a revision petition. the other and more advisable suggestion would be to immediately file a title suit along with an injunction application before the concerned civil court and you can immediately get a restrained order from the civil court if you have an arguable case.
