What is the time limit for Supreme Court appeal?

The time limit for filing a petition against a High Court judgement is 90 days after the date the judgment/order was issued. If you are submitting a petition against an order by the High Court that refused to grant revocation of the certificate of appealability, then the time frame is 60 days following the date the order was made.

hello client aa i can see your issue is really very much important in this matter as you have said tht sdm have not passed any order in your fevour as your land has been aquired under section 48 of land acquation act so in this matter who has advised you to move to sdm court fir tge denotification of acquation of land . as this power ti denotify the land do not weated in the hand a of sdm . so we need to move directly to high court itself as you have already gone in sdm court and got unfeverable order in this case we need to move in writ along with other sections as per directions if the supreme court of india.

You can challenge the order of SDM in high court for contempt. You can file a contempt petition in the High Court against the SDM order under the current circumstances.
