1 Request can be raised through application in the front oF CJM with a valid reason if the reason is nit justifiable then application might be dismissed with immediate effect 2 a formal application with relevant order sheet of you complaint case will be enclosed with

You have to file a transfer application before the Chief Judicial Magistrate. The Chief Judicial Magistrate can withdraw cases from any magistrate under their command and transfer the case to another judicial magistrate.

there should be strong ground for transfer of criminal case from one magistrate to another magistrate it depends upon the gravity of the reason for what you are seeking for transfer of case and nature of case and stage of the case

No you can’t get it tranferred mainly because the criminal case is alloted to a specific judge based upon the jurisdiction of the court. Every court has some police stations under its jurisdiction and the crime committed at any place falling under the jurisdiction of those police stations shall automatically be initiated before the said court having jurisdiction over those police stations.
