Regarding Criminal Revision CRR in High court

I am on granted bail from HC, session court punished 3 year and 5k fine on IPC 465.. due to false document
can you please help me how can acquit the dishonor

Maximum punishment under section 465 is 2 years, how could you be imprisoned for 3 years? If you have put up proper evidence and defence during the Trial at Sessions Court, it would be easy to get acquittal from the High Court or we can even try for Revision in Sessions Court Itself, depending upon your case. You would need to file an Appeal before the Appellate Court. Till the pendency of hearing you would need to get the order for 'suspension of sentence and grant of bail'. Since the punishment is only 3 years you can get the bail easily. However, I would need to go through your file to help you out.
