You can file complaint against him for extortion and illegally charging interest at your nearest police station. We can also send him legal notice to recover the money that you paid to him along with cheque.

We can file a case in India for recovery of dues. If he doesn't appears before the court, we can get Ex-Parte order and file for execution. You can consult a good lawyer in your city to discuss about the technicalities involved in your case and then proceed accordingly.

Can a single petition u/s 482 CrPC be used to quash both 498a FIR and Domestic Violence simultaneously if the allegations by wife in both the cases are almost similar and the alleged accused are same people in both case?

No. As both are seperate cases, you have to file seperate petitions for quashing. Though you can give reference of both the cases.You can consult a good lawyer in your city to discuss further and make a good strategy and then file your case.

My father gave 7 lakh to a person , after demise of my father we have signed a promissory note from the borrower , borrower has paid 3 lakh rupees in interval of 1 year , but now its been 2 months he has not made any payment , we also have a recent call recording with borrower, in which he clearly agrees , that payment of 4 lakh rupees is pending , what we can do legally , what are the charges?, should we first send a legal notice? , is our case strong?
