To quash an FIR (First Information Report), a petition needs to be filed before the High Court or the Supreme Court, depending on the jurisdiction. The document required for this purpose is typically a petition for quashing of FIR along with supporting affidavits and any relevant documents or evidence that can substantiate the grounds for quashing the FIR. These grounds could include legal deficiencies, lack of evidence, or other irregularities in the FIR.

To proceed with the quashing of the FIR and Chargesheet, you need to move an application under section 482 Cr. PC in the concerned High Court. This application contains a copy of the FIR and Chargesheet as an Annexure. You may also attach a copy of trial court orders in the concerned case, any evidence of your innocence. A copy of ID card of deponent, and signed vakalatnama is also required to be attached with this application.
