Procedure and total expences incurred in taking a bail

I'm  booked in 498a,504,506,323,3,4 in UP. I want to know the expense per person of Stay on arrest. I would prefer to get the answer on mail.

You have to approach High Court for stay and it will be till filing of Charge Sheet. You have to disclose the facts and number of the person.

There is no provision for anticipatory bail in the state of Uttar Pradesh.. However, an application under section 482 of Cr.P.C can be filed before the hon'ble high court with a prayer to stay the arrest. Charges would depend on the lawyer you will engage..

It's depend on the circumstances and fact of the case and your paying capacity. Further bail is a discretion of the court so it is not certain from which court you will get the bail and charge for each court is different. so you will need to personally come and explain the facts and situation than only I can advice you properly.
