Pranam sir, an FIR lodge against my whole family under 420,34ipc,3/4 dowry prohibition act...my name was also there.... We settled with the opposite party in lower court. chargesheet also sent to the lower court still trail & judgement pending ... recently I'm selected in Excise duty group c post......we lodged 482crpc quashing of FIR with the ground of compromise but opposite party do not ready to come in HC ..what should I do...pls help me as soon as possible I'm totally depressed & my advocate do not consider... thank you ❤️
