Police is not converting my complaint into FIR

Its 20 days past and FIR is not done need consultancy and fees structure for filling 156(3)
Before filing an application under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., I would suggest writing a letter and an application to the SP of the district you live in.

What is the difference between FR and FIR?
What is the distinction between FR (final report) and FIR (first investigation report)? If FR is a "final report", then an investigation begins with an FIR and ends with a police report [section 173(2) of the CrPC].
What is the difference between complaint and FIR?
The complaint is then read to the complainant, reduced to writing, and an FIR registered. It is also given to the informant at no cost. First Information Report is the abbreviation for this report. Investigation begins shortly after FIR registration. Witness statements are recorded, and a final document is prepared.
What happens if FIR is filed against me?
The police will only file a charge sheet against the perpetrator or submit a summary report to the court concerned if the FIR is registered. The police can only file a charge sheet if the accused or culprit has been arrested and there are sufficient evidences against him/her.
Can a complaint be converted to FIR?
You can indeed file a Police Complaint. This will be investigated by the officer and then result in a FIR. You can also file Criminal Complaint Cases in the Learned Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class under Sections 200,156,190 of the Cr. P.C -1973.

Go with section 200 crpc... Magistrate can give direction to file an FIR u/s 156(3) or deal it under sec 190 crpc, or u can also file complaint to SP office or higher authority. Or can consult a lawyer
