Police has submitted wrong equiry report

Dear Sir, I Have received notice from police againt Section 323,324,452,504,506 and 308. where all the charges false which is mentioned above. we have solid evidence regarding this case and police has submited false chargesheet againts my family members. need your counsultation on bail and re-enquiry. Regards Rahul Mishra

Hello.. At this stage you can go for quashing of chargesheet...And FIR is against how many members and when they had been arrested?? For bail have you applied at District Court or not?? Please provide proper information...You can contact me on call for detailed information... Thank you...

Matter kaha ka hai firstly agar police false charge submit kiya to aap High Court si A482 mi FIR ko quash Kara saktey hai aur aap article 226 mi fair investigation ki liye apply kar saktey hai . Matter kaun district ka hai aap apni details ke saath send karey

File an application before High Court u/s 482 Crpc challenging the Chargsheet along with the evidences you have & also file a Bail Application u/s 438 Crpc before High Court. Contact with a practicing lawyer at High Court.
