File a complaint or First Information Report against him u/s 499, 500, 504, 506 IPC with your native Police Station.Police would investigate that matter after that and file a report as well as stop him from circulating all the nonsense.

Q: fraud of money by cheating and absconding

under what section of ipc a person can be charged who has taken money from many people in the name of setting up a company and promised to return the money with profit , and has absconded with the money and no such company exists in reality.can he be charged under section 420 ?nwhat else sections can be applied ?

If Someone has taken money from many people's in the name of some fraud company which never exist and promised to return money with profit but currently absconding, Then you should file a First Information Report U/S 405, 406, 419, 420 Indian Penal Code at your nearest Police Station.The Chief Judicial Magistrate may take cognizance after the police report and statement U/S 161 Crpc.

You and Your wife should file a Divorce Petition before Family Court Under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, In case of Divorce by Mutual Consent.Submit your consent and settle your dispute before family Court appear there and the Court would dissolve your marriage with the decree of divorce.

Hello One of my relative 18yrs had an affair (physical) with a 16 yr old girl from the same village. In eastern UP dont marry within same village as they consider brother ans sister. The girls mother is 3rd wife of step father. Father used to torcher the girl alot. After coming to know about the affair father told the boy that they will get them married we have a video record of this.Later that day father torchered the girl and throwd the girl out of house. Girl came to my relatives house and within 10 min police arrived. Both girl and boy said that they love each other and want to marry in front of everyone girl also told police that she was torchered by her father and thrown out. But police registered acase against my relative posco16/7 , 366i, 363. We have lots of love letter and call recordings of the girl saying she would die if he did not marry her she loves him. My relative is already in jail. Please guide me what to do next

At first, File a Bail Application u/s 438 before Allahabad High Court along with the statements of Girl u/s 161,164 Crpc.Then Contest your case at the trail Court.If Sentenced, File a Criminal appeal against the order of Trail Court before High Court.
