I am representing the accused. Here it seems he was falsely accused u/s POCSO act Section 8 and 10. Is it possible to get bail for him or prove otherwise in Sessions Court if we produce CCTV footage (Since this incident happened in a unisex public swimming pool) ?? What are the chances and how quickly we could get it?
yeah there have been chances to get bail if you have any strict proof that you are not indulge with the offence ,and you have already been mentioned that you have CCTV footage on the basis of this you can definitely get bail

there's every chance. if there's no prima facie case made out against your accused, the court has to grant him bail. so also, if after filimg charge sheet there's no evidence against him in the charge sheet, you can file a discharge application and have him discharged from the offence.
