about bail procedure and how do i know that i am doing the right thing

My husband was arrested in a Pocso act on 11th dec 2021 with 15 days remand and 1st bail application was rejected on 12th jan 2022. when can i apply for a next bail and how long it takes him out from jail

In general it is difficult to get bail in POCSO cases. Recently bail was granted in a POCSO case depending on the facts and circumstances. You can try after one month from the date of arrest. Even though default bail is not entertained you can try. I need complete details of the case.

You have not specified in which court you have applied for bail ie. Spl court or High court. I have been dealing cases in Pocso and if it is aggravated offence it will be close to 50 days. anything lesser offence it will be 30 to 40 days. For better clarity pls call my number
