Please help me. I'm going to depression and acute bad health

I'm a homosexual men, i use to go through a regular basis HIV testing every 3months. But in the year 2017 i was diagnosed with HIV which was undoubtedly transmitted through a guy with whom i was in a relationship. Is there anything i can do legally to him for distroying my life.
You can file a private complaint to the magistrate to register an FIR. Under various sections of IPC 269 and 271 for spreading infection by negligence. The police will take up investigation and submit charge sheet.
