Passport apply procedure for Pending chitfund and 2 cheating case app

Hi,
My aunt has 2 pending cheating case and 1 chitfunt act files against her.Now she has to visit US for 6 months because of her daughter.
She dint have passport , So may I know will she get passport? how she has to apply for passport and what are the required documents she should carry?

your aunt has to get court permission for issue of passport and permission to travel overseas.
depending on merits of your prayer, court will give permission to apply for 1 year passport and also permit her to travel for period upto 90 days
