File an application for recalling the non bail able warrants and file documents of hospital showing your genuine cause for your non appearance in court. If the recall application will dismiss the you can file petition under section 482 Cr.P.C before High Court.

you can recall your nbw in the court then you will be released from nbw , so you must be go to court and take your an advocate and write an application for for recall the nbw in the case then you will get a recall application allowed by the magistrate.
