MY MOTHER MENTALLY ABUSES ME BY CALLING BE SLUT ,AND MANY ABUSIVE WORD

My mother calls me a slut everytime even though I am a normal student .I am mentally tortured .How can I drop a case against her? I have gained a little weight ( I HAVE THYROID) and because of that my body looks heavy so she asks me everytime what I have done to my body and then mentions me as a slut .

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that she is your real or stepmom in either of the cases you should directly talk to her it really feels bad about as you have some health issues if she doesn't know about it tell her that you are undergoing treatment and because of this ur body is looking like this or you can talk to your father about it if not then you should go for legal proceedings for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

I can file defamatory case against either criminal or civil or both in your local jurisdiction. In civil case you can claim for compensation. But this will definitely ruin your relation with your mother, it is better to resolve your issue within your family, talk to your elders and raise your issue.
