My daughter is jail for crp 373 she is one bail failed from seiwri cou

She had kideny transplant now we are trying dindoshi court for bail so she get bail?
Your Daughter is accused under Sec 373 of IPC which is a Non-Bailable Offence. Despite that, your Daughter can get the Bail if she has to undergo for a Kidney-transplant. But, if you are saying that she already went through Kidney-transplant, now looking at her condition of post-transplant which is not so much good or critical, then the court in such a case would directly shift her to Hospital & once she becomes well, she will be further brought back to Court. It can also happen that for a while, the court may grant you Bail but it will be with terms and conditions. So, under Non-Bailable offences, it is the discretion of the court to give Bail or not. Then too, I'll try my best to get her out on Bail.
