My anticipatory bail application is pending

Hi,nMy anticipatory bail is pending in district court. I got next month date for hearing. If police will arrest me? Should i apply for anticipatory bail in high court or shall i proceed for quashing fir. What should i do. My ex girlfriend has falsely accused me with 376, 377, 504,506.
chances of anticipatory bail in such a cases are very less unless you have strong and unimpeachable piece of evidence of your innocence.

First get anticipatory bail if it is pending in District Court than you can't file in high court either district court decide ur bail or may be your advocate withdraw this bail only after you can go for high court... Only allowing the anticipatory bail and it is better to go for qushing only after filling of challan if yiu have strong prima facie evidence to quashing the FIR

No ...Police cannot arrest you until your anticipatory bail is pending in court. Yes you can apply for anticipatory in High court in two cases: 1. it is rejected by the session court. 2. you withdraw it from sessions court

Hello, first let the decision come in district court . If it gets rejected then you should approach the high court for anticipatory bail. The police can arrest if the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. It shall be open to an officer in charge of a police station to arrest without warrant the applicant on the basis of the accusation apprehended in such application.
