Lodging of FIR order by acjm court


04-Apr-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Under 156(3) civil judge(ftc/acjm) order for lodging fir on 16.03.2024 but still the fir not lodge and case related to false promise to marriage. Thus we send the court order to concern police officer or not . So how we execute this court order for lodging FIR

you just file an application before the court concerned to execute its order. the court may call for explanation from the SHO of the concerned Thana . even if the order of ACJM is not complied with you may file writ petition before Hon'ble High Court for taking necessary action against officials.

अपना परिचय दे ! किस थाने का मामला है, किस न्यायालय में दाखिल किया गया है? जिस भी न्यायालय में दाखिल किया गया है इस तारीख पर एफआईआर दर्ज करने के आदेश को कोर्ट के सामने पेश कराए और बताए की अभी तक एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं हुई । न्यायालय द्वारा इसमें प्रगति आख्या मंगाने पर स्पष्ट हो जायेगा क्या हुआ क्या nhi
