Is There Any Effect Of FIR Even After Disposal Of Case In Employment

Hi sir.... Due to land despute my neighbour filed wrong FIR against my family and put non bailable charged against all of us. My father first tried to convince him and when he denied, my father also filed FIR against his family for the same. Afterwards he agreed for mutual compromise and same is done in district court. My question is whether this type of FIR against me and my family having ill effects at the time of police verification before joining any government job.
