Q: Can the police remove sections from an FIR when preparing the charge sheet?

We filed a case under sections 323/341/379/34 in 2016, but after the charge sheet, the police removed section 379 due to opposition. We were not present at the time of the charge sheet. We're unsure whom to approach regarding this matter. Currently, hearings have begun, and the opposing party has attended around 10 hearings.

An application can be filed under section 216 of Code of Criminal Procedure for alteration of charge in the same court where the case is pending. The court can then add changes against the accused if it finds is appropriate to do so. If any witness had been examined before then that witness call be recalled to give fresh statement.

Q: My engagement got cancelled still her boyfriend threatening

Hello Sir,I got engaged 1 year ago. after 9 months of engagement or 15 days before marriage, I came to know that girl is chitting with me. she has previous relationships and she always hide the same with me. now my marriage got cancelled but her boyfriend is threatening me from novmeber 2019 to till date. Can I file case against them for beaching the trust since she share our call recording with her boyfriend. Also I have their call record(sent to me by her boyfriend ) in which they discussed that how they will deceive me after marriage and other call record of them for discussing about their abortion record. Kindly help me in this regards.

You won't have to pay income tax untill you come under the tax bracket. If you are not a registered with GST and dont have turnover of more than 20 Lakhs a month then also are not supposed to collect GST.
