I have won the Ex-Parte Decree of Divorce against the Ex-Wife on 24.04.2017 based on cruelty on Ex-Husband and deliberate/willful desertion. I and my parents have won the 498A, 406, 34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the DP Act on 27.04.2023 through Quashing by the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court through Cr.P.C. 482 and 401. How and where to file IPC 499, 500, 182, 211?
The sections mentioned are basically defamation cases against a party that can be filed in the district court under which your area jurisdiction lies. Ensure you need to build a strong case. Otherwise, defamation cases can go the other way around.
