Q: False Counter FIR lodged Can I apply for quashing FIR ?
3 people attacked on a person called A. Nose of A got fractured and hospitalised for 1 day. Police visited the spot on that day. A lodged FIR against 3 people. After 3 days, a counter FIR is filed by the mother of those who attacked on A with a false molestation and attempt to murder I.P.C. 325, 34, 354 B and 307. Friends of A have been mentioned in counter FIR. Both parties got bail. Police is not investigating this. I am A’s friend and falsely implicated in it. Can I apply for FIR quashing ?

FIR quashing is not that easy when charges of molestation is against you however there are ways to take you out from this ditch but for that need to check both the FIR's and understand the content mentioned in both of them.

Q: Tenant not evicting flat in Kolkata
I have a flat that I gave on rent in 2015.In 2021, we sent a legal notice to vacate in 30 days but he mentioned about some "Injunction" which I didn't understand.Also,2 years back he tried replacing the electricity bill name to his name which I blocked from CESC. I don't know why he did that.What can be the quickest way to evict him ?I don't want to file a lawsuit as it might take multiple years.Throw his stuff out after after giving notice again & defend if he files a case ?
