IPC 420 in excise act for illegal transportation of liquor

Respected sir,
I was into the business of transportation 4 years ago during that period one of my driver loaded liquor illegally and as my truck my involved so the excise officer charged a case against me too how can I get rid of it because I m planning to settle in abroad.
