In chargesheet while looking at 164 it doesnt contain rape and false promise to marry, medical report says she is sexually active from feb to August, but doesn't say rapeThe 38 year old lady so called victim says rape happened in July but consensual happened in March nnWhat is this khichadi??

Sir first of all if you are named as accused in this case then you dont need to worry. if the medical report of the lady and the medical report or semen report of yoymu doesnt match then it is clear that you did not perform any sexual activity with that women.

Hello, first i want what are the statements made to the police under section 161 and whether the statements made under 161 and 164 are in incongurity or are in semblance . I exigently need to decipher the conundrum between the two sections to find a definite conclusion to your precarious situation. However,i must conclude by saying since the medical report elucidates since she has been sexually active from February to August and ironically the alleged rape occurred in July, ex facie indicates that the rape is phoney .

U need to take care about the case although it is not maintainable but if the FIR is lodged, u need to be contest it... Tell me the complete facts for more information and concern about the case if u want to win ad get rid of that case

contradictory statement of the victim so the benefit is doubtful in favour of the accused and the accused will be acquired, because the statement of under section 164, and police statement contradictory. the victim stand of her statement given in the court does not support to the prosecution. the prosecution is total fail to proof the version of the victim.
