I Applied in uber for job then they told me that we can not hire you because we found case against you then I searched it on ECOURT website I found it that with two other professional criminal I am criminal since 2021 and I do not know that and my case which I have not done is indian penal code 1860 1, '34-34' 2, '392-392' 3, '411-411'n now what should I do? nThis is fake case from somebody or C@P
whatever you stated in your question according to that you were not involved in the crime. if there is any proceeding going on in the court you should enquire about that case and know the status of the case. File an application u/s 482 for quasing the FIR. Also you can file a complaint against those persons also who done this without any cause for False information, with intent to cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person,False charge of an offence made with intent to injure, harassing you and disturbing your life and making false accusation, defamation.

There are procedures to get out of the situations you mentioned in your query here. Firstly, you may approach the senior police officer of the concerned police station where the said FIR is registered u/s 36 crpc. Secondly, if the chargesheet is filed having no evidence against you then approach HC for quashing of FIR u/s 482 crp and thirdly if chargesheet filed already then file application for discharge of accused person before concerned court of competent jurisdiction.
