Hi, i filed a complaint for a guy in sep 2020 and the FIR was filed under 508 and 509.. i have now got a court date to attend but because of my mother’s health issue i cannot attend.. also I don’t want anything from this case now.. i just filed it because i was threatened and i have now no demands.. what will happen if I don’t attend the date?
