How to reject bail from High Court

30-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I did FIR in Delhi on 17 Feb 2018 against rape. From 17 Feb to 13 march accused was in Prison after that he got 10 days bail on behalf of his examination which was held on 17 march. Again on 19 March his lawyer filled application in High Court then listed date 25 march. On this date there was argued between accused lawyer and Public prosecutor with respondent lawyer that no extension of bail yaha victim ke lawyer ne kaha victim se ki bail extend nahi hua hai then on 28 march ko victim ne online upload hua order dekha ki interim bail extend ho gayi hai till 1 may 2018 with previous same term and condition and final bail ki date 16 July thi woh bhi cancelled karke 1 May kar diya gaya hai.. Investigation officer Kuch bhi victim se nahi investigate nahi karti h aur nahi koi hearing date inform karti hai..I want to know that High court Judge kis behalf par Interim bail extend kar diya only just all are exemptions ?..aage kya Karna chahiye victim ko
