Q: Need Suggestion Of Child Sexual Harresment

Dear sir,There is one girl who is sexually abused by her own father she is 14 year old and she want to police complain about her father.Her father touch her private part and etc so pls help me how can she file against against her father and also she have no proof like video for her sexually harresment kindly help this is urgent.

write down a complaint and give it to the nearest police station.The complaint/FIR will be registered under POSCO Act.The statement of the complainant is enough. Video proof is not at all necessary

Q: He is trying to put wrong allegations on me

We are newly married couple and from the first day he behaved so weird towards me always spent time with his mother and dominating me for every thing we got separated too for two months in the mid of our marriage and after that my family convinced me and him manage our relationship. He forced to me to write on the paper that if something had happened to me physically than i am responsible for that not my in laws, he took my phone too by saying that i am i extra marital affair and after that he angry and his mother angry on me on little things he did not want to physical with me now we separate again and this time he is trying to prove me characterless so that he would not give me any compensate and also it would be easily for him to get divorce and no one trying to convince him to patch up back.he and his mother also put wrong allegation that i miscarriage my child

Q: Case has been filed under false sexual harassment

A case has been filed against me under section 354 and I have not taken the anticipatory bail till now because the opposite party has agreed for the settlement and compromise. Still I got a call from the io that I have to be there even we have told her that compromise is fine just the documents are in progress. What should I do next ?

You should appear before the IO and assure him that you will cooperate in the investigation and also inform him that a settlement has been reached between you and the complainant. After, the compromise move a petition under 482 CrPc before high court for quashing the FIR.

Q: Parents' abuse by daughter in law

my parents , both 66 years old are facing abuse at the hands of their daughter in law .they r too scared of reporting this. my brother is a simple person totally dominated and suppressed by his wife. all house expenses r borne by my parents. all house work is done by my mother. my father is working after retirement to sustain expenses. i am a doctor and ours is an educated family. i feel distressed seeing their plight. how can i help them?

1) Mother can file a domestic violence case against her daughter in law2) As per the judgement of high court of Delhi the the son or daughter have no claim on the property of parents. so legally , your parents can ask your daughter in law to evict from the said property.

Q: Safety from threats by husband

Hello sir ...My father got expired 25 years back and my mother got second married 20 years back. My step father is a street hawkers. He is short tempered and I think he has some mental issue as well. In spite of this my mother has been living with him. We live separately. My mother remains sick most of the time and can't bear all this any more. Whenever my mother try to take step to get separate, my step father threaten her, that I would commit suicide and write a letter on your name. My mother get scared. Please guide me what step can we take to be safe. If he does something like this. I don't think so he has this much courage, but still what should we do for safer side.Thank u sir Waiting for your response.

File a written complaint in the nearest police station. And file a petition for divorce.Filing a written complaint in the nearest police station will help your mother in future, and your mother will not be charged for abutment of suicide
