First of all, you have to get an FIR against him in the police station and if there is no action, then you and the SSP will have to give a prayer.
If you have anything to photograph them and their conversation or a video that proves their relationship, keep it with whatever proof is available, and if you want to file a case against him in the direct court too.

According to section 497 of ipc , woman's husband can file a suit against man who has physical with his wife , here u can coordinate with her husband if possible , his husband admission is more relevant he can present some circumstances evidence

आप पहले जो भी साथ जो आपके पति ने दूसरी शादी की है उसके पूरे सा चरित्र काले उसके पश्चात आप सक्षम न्यायालय के समक्ष एक परिवाद सीआरपीसी की धारा 190 का दाखिल करें और अपने बयान और तमाम साथ वहां पर प्रस्तुत करें कोठे समझेगी कि उन्होंने आपके साथ से परिपूर्ण हैं तो वह उनको summon कर लेगी और उनके विरुद्ध के case चलाएगी

You can't file a case of Adultery against your husband, because this right is not provided to you in criminal law. 498a and 377 are sufficient enough. In my opinion give him a chance to reconcile with you.
