Hello, regarding my divorce petition filed in 2013, the other party has filed a RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights). Despite several unsuccessful mediation sessions, he refuses mutual consent. He has clearly stated he will not grant me a divorce, despite my repeated declarations of not wanting to be with him. This delay is preventing me from moving on in life. It has been almost 5 years since we had any contact (email, phone, messages). Please advise on how to expedite this contested divorce case in India?

धारा 468 का विवरणभारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 468 के अनुसार, यदि कोई व्यक्ति इस आशय से कूटरचना करता है कि कूटरचित दस्तावेज़ों को छल करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सके तो उसे किसी एक अवधि के लिए कारावास की सजा जिसे सात वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, और साथ ही वह आर्थिक दंड के लिए भी उत्तरदायी होगा।लागू अपराधछल के प्रयोजन से कूटरचनासजा - सात वर्ष कारावास + आर्थिक दंड।यदि कोई व्यक्ति इस आशय से कूटरचना करता है कि कूटरचित दस्तावेज़ों को छल करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सके तो उसे किसी एक अवधि के लिए कारावास की सजा जिसे सात वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, और साथ ही वह आर्थिक दंड के लिए भी उत्तरदायी होगा। ipc section 468

Hello, I'm looking for advice on an issue - I've had a woman employee for the last 5 years who I've been supporting both financially and morally. She has been faithful and honest so far but recently I've come to know that she is spreading rumors about our relationship which is totally wrong. This has happened recently after I have been diagnosed with cancer. I have a full fledged family and I fear that she might cause problems for my family after me. I'm looking for a legal advice if I can get her to sign an undertaking that there is nothing I owe to her financially or otherwise and that she will not claim anything from me or my family ever in future. Is this possible? If yes, is there any prescribed format that can be used on a stamp paper?

You can compromise on the stamp paper and get the signature of that woman on that agreement, After that, keep a copy of that agreement and give the second copy to the woman and if she is not prepared for the agreement then you can file a lawsuit against her in the court.

Q: Wife leaves house without any valid reason & not returning back

Wife has left house without valid reasons and not returning back to matrimonial house and staying with her parents since last 6 month's. I tried to get in touch with her but unable to do as she has blocked number. Also I went to her parents house but they refused me to meet her. Kindly help as it's impacting my life.

option is your if you want her back then you may file the case for restitution of conjugal rights, otherwise you may file a case of contested divorce on the ground of desertion and mental cruelty.I understand that your mother is the victim in all this but locus is yours to file the case against your wife.... thanku
