since his father has caused grievous injury to you, you can claim that you acted in self defence.
though you admit that you killed the other person, it is the duty of prosecution to prove beyond doubt that you killed him.
do not loose hope as you may even be acquitted if witnesses turn hostile or if prosecution is not able to provide irrefutable witness and evidence.
