Hi Sir/Ma'am,nAn FIR is being registred against me and my father stating financial fraud. I'm elaborating the exact case below - nIn 2017, my father started working with a multistate credit society where he joined as Investment Advisor. His role was to get to get the investment from the public in exchange for a commission 2% of the investment value. Now he has done several investment transaction. in 2021 society came under some fraud investigation which was originally been done by the directors of company. Govt gave the order to liquidate the company and close it which is in progress. Now one of the client came forward and registered an FIR on me stating financial fraud saying that he diverted the funds to that organisation. What can i do ?

If you have the commission agreement with the company then it will be easy to prove its a financial matter, that is not criminal matter. And we that govt order to liquidate the company. For more specific details you need to share the FIR thanku Advocate Ranjeet Sonker

if the FIR lodge against you then the first option is that apply the anticiapetory bail I concern District Court after get the order of anticiapetory bail you will save from the arrest by the police. after that you can approach the police for filing the Final Report in your case for more details you can contact me. thnks
