Ball is still in ur court. Until not married as per custom and rites you are not husband wife. Girls parents can not file a case of until ur marriage is solemnised. It's better to give informatory petition in the court of CJM relating to threat of suicide by the a that girl.

What is the stand of the girl. Is she ready to marry with your brother ? Or she wants to go with her boyfriend ? As I understand your query , it appears that she wants to go with her boyfriend. If the the fact is this and the girl is major then there is no need to be panic.
