I am having an affair with a married woman and recently her husband found out about us he's out on bail on a murder case. Now, he's threating me to come to my house beat me up abuse my family make scene in neighbourhood to defame me and my family. He has not made any direct threats to me but to his wife. What can I do about this situation. Also he's abusive and alcoholic.
File a written complaint to your Police Station and mention all the facts in detail, also mention the criminal background of the person who is threatening you. Contact a lawyer from your area to draft your complaint, and ask the police to register the FIR. And even after the FIR threatening continues then inform the SP and the court, they will definitely take action against the person.
