GF detained in her house, mentally tortured by brothers

Me and my gf (both 21+ ) want to marry. when her family known, they took her phone, documents and detained in her house. she feels like doing suicide. they have also beaten us.nas i am from different state, i want to know which state i can file habeous corpus to get her out and put criminal charges on her brothers to put them behind bars. i dont want to file case in her state as their they might harm me. if i file case in other state which state police will bring her to court.

Dear Client, You have no locus to file Habeas Corpus petition before High Court as per your concern your marriage still not solemnised so due to that reason better you should try to held marriage then your problem may resolve.

to marry u need to be earning as well if no u can simply report matter to manila ayog who will protect her further if u can bear the burden of marriage u can ask her send letter petition to highcourt for her release

The High Court in which jurisdiction the girl is residing, is empowered to hear and decide the matter. Here I would like let you know that the girl is in valid custody at this time and you are trying to taken her out from the valid custody you have no locus to file a writ against the family members of the girl. you can file it in your state, it will the responsibility of your state police to bring the corpus in front of the court, but only after an order is passed by the high court. please contact me if you want to file a habeas corpus i will be glad assist you

don't afraid when you fell in love. when both of have adult and legally competent to take decision about yourself. Nobody can stop you to live. how are you living in her state how long? you can file hobbies Corpus in the high court having jurisdiction over the place of detained or place of the residence of the person detained. Also file this petition before The honorable supreme Court as you are not the original resident of the judicial High Court and you have thread to life for taking out the girl from illegal custody.
