I want to file a suit in allahabad high court for Fir quashing,as I am being wrongly convicted

As is the procedure of Law FIR gets lodged in a cognizable or non cognizable offence, a compoundable or a non compoundable offence, bailable or non bailable offence. If your matter deals with a non bailable non compoundable & a cognizable offence a chargsheet will be filed by police , a trial, procedure & legal norms have to be mandatorily complied with . after complying with the legal procedures & norms translucently you can file an application for quashing in the high court.

you could not explain your actual proble. when a person is convicted. the person who against whom the convention all order has passed moves to High court in appeal. I think you want to say that you have named in FIR wrongly If it is correct, you want to quash the FIR lord again you.
