FIR has lodge against ex - boss u/s 354 ,509 ,506 , 66E IT act who is on bail rightnow.He has made changes to his website recently along with office address.To my utter surprise he has uploaded one of my old office picture on which i am standing next to him( group photo other people are also in the picture attending seminar , normal picture) despite knowing that criminal case is pending on him he has used my picture without my consent for his ill intentions.Infact he is also intervening in my personal matters via third person to mentally harrass me.What should i do.Does this a strong ground for bail cancellation since he has repeated same offense of 66 E IT act or send a written complaint to the police or directly submitted before the Hon'ble judge to show his conduct or any other remedy. Matter is listed for framing of charges before session court. Highly chances he might have delete that from website.

yes this is a very strong ground for cancellation of bail.. rather it calls for another FIR against the accused and be tried in both the cases. you can seek help in filing and pleading the cancellation of bail from me. for that you have to share the other details like the name of company the, screen shot of you picture shared on the website, copy of FIR that has been laughed before against the accused person, copy of bail order

What you have not clarified is how using a group photograph on his website comprising of your former colleagues along with him, is indicative of ill intentions. At first glance, this appears to be a vague and shaky ground for cancellation of bail. As the period of investigation has already been concluded and his presence is no longer required to be secured in custody. Has he used your photographs in a derogatory manner before , one where you have proof filed before Court?There needs to be an immediate urgency or some proof showing that he has been continually harassing you.
When you are able to establish the link between a person's former actions ( i.e, use of your photographs in a derogatory manner) and his present actions , you'll have a stronger ground.
