Can unmarried couples stay in India without the fear of cops?? If cops tell to give phone no. of parents..what to do in that case??

yes it is totally legal to stay in hotels and have sex in India if you and your mating partner are not minor. if police harasses you for that you can refuse to give the contact number of your parents and make a call on 100 number. file a case against police officer.dial 100 may not help but the record would help you in further case.

Dear Sir I have 3 cases against me ( crpc-125 ; DV and 498a )After so many persuasion wife had given following situation to be presented in mediation.1-Buy house/Flat in her name , Can it be taken ok by court 2-When husband said he don't have money she said take 1 years time & purchase house till that date keep cases on hold also she will start living with husband during that period .3-Last should I take 498a wife back but real fact is wife & her family are very money minded .4-Please suggest can money or property condition compromise possible

1-yes it is OK whatever condition you settle with, court would not have any objection2-yes she can keep it on hold. 3-no you should go for divorce by mutual consent if your marriage is older than one year4-yes you can settle it one time with divorce

you can file an application in the relevant court to get it settled and make the payment in one time.. you can also resolve the issue in mediation by settling on one time paymenttell me in which court you got your divorce and also share the date of divorce only then I can help further

FIR has lodge against ex - boss u/s 354 ,509 ,506 , 66E IT act who is on bail rightnow.He has made changes to his website recently along with office address.To my utter surprise he has uploaded one of my old office picture on which i am standing next to him( group photo other people are also in the picture attending seminar , normal picture) despite knowing that criminal case is pending on him he has used my picture without my consent for his ill intentions.Infact he is also intervening in my personal matters via third person to mentally harrass me.What should i do.Does this a strong ground for bail cancellation since he has repeated same offense of 66 E IT act or send a written complaint to the police or directly submitted before the Hon'ble judge to show his conduct or any other remedy. Matter is listed for framing of charges before session court. Highly chances he might have delete that from website.

yes this is a very strong ground for cancellation of bail.. rather it calls for another FIR against the accused and be tried in both the cases. you can seek help in filing and pleading the cancellation of bail from me. for that you have to share the other details like the name of company the, screen shot of you picture shared on the website, copy of FIR that has been laughed before against the accused person, copy of bail order

Q: Cheated by Boyfriend on promise of Marriage

I have been in a relationship with a guy for around one year.He contacted me through Facebook. We met and then we came into a relationship.I was living in a PG and then he made me shift to a rented apartment . then he visited me every saturday and sunday.He promised me many times that he will marry me but now denying that.He told his family that i am a bad girl and forcing him to be with me .Now he has closed all the contacts and switched the mobile.I am suffering from a mental trauma and want punishment for him.

it is sad that sex in the pretext of marriage has not been declared rape in our country.. but there are other ways to get him punished. for that I need some details from you there are many provisions in law under which we can drag him to the court but choosing the right provision would get him punished.. so I need more details of your relationship
