Filing a Writ Petition in Delhi High Court

I live out of the country and I want to file a Writ Petition to get an FIR registered in the Delhi High Court. What is the process?

If you wish to get the FIR registered then you need to approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a complaint against the culprits to register an FIR. And after that if they don't listen then you can always approach the court under section 156(3) CrPC for registration. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

We need to understand the matter as if the police authorities are not registering the FIR then in that case we have to get it registered via court under section 156(3). But if you want to file writ we have to understand the matter to provide correct guidance

writ can be filed in the high court, you can file the process is very simple to file, for filling a writ petition , once you file in the High , High court will list the matter for listing the argument
