Falsely accused of abatement of suicide, please advise.

31-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My brother worked with My uncle for around 15 years and now he came back to our home and my uncle committed suicide, with writing name of all the members of our family. my brother had to take some money and we had settled that down all 2 months before his death. We had written agreement in presence of some big guns of town. and Now Police also investigated, they found us innocent in this case. as after the agreements (14 Oct 2016) until his death (21 Nov 2016), police did not find a single evidence of our presence near their house/shop or any call details. Even City DSP have visited the place and found us innocent in all his investigation. We are still not get arrested even after 70 days, but have a fear what will happen next. Till now only FIR is launched against us, case not decided yet. We are not sure, what next to do in this case. We haven't apply for any anticipatory bail or any law activity. I can not share complete story due to word restrictions. Please guide us what to do.

Firstly you can secure your self and your family by going for an anticipatory bail.If the Police or court will in needed you they will send you the prior notice for the same. It is the only way to secure yourself by getting arrest or any other proceeding.

Firstly ,file for anticipatory bail...this is must as a precautionary measure ...secondly ask your investigation officer who will give investigation report...because in these cases we can never trust police ....because they are expecting some money to file report in police ...once pressure creates case will definitely go in court ....and what you have written there are very less chances of you getting any conviction ...there are lots and lots of ruling out there where people kust out of bad mental level or money commits suicide ...no worries...

Kindly wait for the closure report or the chargesheet. If you havent been arrested yet means the police have found no incriminating evidence against you.

Its your choice if you wish to seek anticipatory bail at this stage. If the closure report is filed you neednt worry and if the chargesheet is filed then you can seek bail from the Court. However if chargesheet is filed and till then you havent been arrested, then it means you will have an easy walk during the trial.

You can also seek quashing of the said proceedings in High Court showing no prima facie case.
