if an fir is registered then cooperate in investigation give evidence in favour of ur facts then hopefully a final report will be submitted by investigating officer but if he files a chargsheet then u can approach the concerned court if later on u r not remedied u can approach high court consult local counsel now for follow up

Then, you should approach High Court against the FIR for quashing if you have good case then High Court may quash your FIR it's a perfect remedy for your case and without examintion of Documents not able to provide clarity.

you can pursue the case by appointing a lawyer to get you off the hook in lower court itself. and if the lower court passes an order against you then you can approach high court and challenge it. quashing is vested in only high court. you will be filing a writ to quash the f.i.r. for further queries I will like you to come at my office so that the formalities such as photo affidavit for filing can be done.
