Jaisa ki aapane bataya ki ek Mahila Jo 4 bacchon ki Mata hai aur usne aap per jhuthi FIR Karva Di Hai To aap FIR ki copy le jakar High Court mein usko challenge kar sakte hain Agar nyayalay mein aapane Sare tathya use Mahila ke khilaf rakhne mein Saksham Rahe to nyayalay use FIR ko radd kar sakti hai

482 fir quashing mien aap highcourt aa sakte hain aapki fir quash ho sakti Hai khaaskr jab jhhoti fir hoti hai tab iska process yahi Hota hai zada jaankari ke liye aap call karke salaah le sakte hain tab apko vistrit jankari di jayegi

You should approach Allahabad High Court for quashing of FIR by way of Criminal Writ petition then court will examine your case and provide relief whatever best for your case or you may file Anticipatory Bail before court.

Section 482 of CrPC, which deals with the power of court to quash criminal proceedings, hasnt given the details of that what exactly constitutes the inherent power of court. In that sense, the Code is very vague as it doesnt lay out the grounds on which the foundations of the inherent power of court lay.

You can approach High Court for quashing of the FIR as it is a discretionary power provided to the High Court to stop the people from abusing the process of law. The High Court can use this power when it has been found that the complaint is false or initiating the investigation will be an abuse of the procedure of the court. please contact me for filing such motion. thank you
